If you currently have the regular 10 Minute Trainer, the same as the medium resistance, and you need more resistance, then the Heavy Upgrade is for You! Select Heavy in the Drop Down Box.

Do you already have the 10 Minute Trainer Heavy?
If you have the 10 Minute Trainer Heavy and would like to get the Medium Resistance, then select Medium in the drop down box.
